| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Treatment Assistance DETAILS: The City of Vale installed an Ion Exchange WTP for the removal of Arsenic from its well water. This project was originally an EPA Demonstration Project. The original 700 series media failed and was switched out by the EPA/Kinetico with 300 series media. This media has recently failed. The City contacted HBH for assistance with this situation. The City serves 1,997 people through 708 connections. HBH reviewed additional information provided by the City of Vale and provided initial review of treatment options “from scratch”. ACTION NEEDED: Meet (or phone conversation) with system personnel on next course of action to take. | ||
