| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Tony to take 3 distribution samples and one triggered sample for the positive coliform taken August 30 and reminded him to take 5 temporary routines in Sept. since the positive was in Aug. Need to chlorinate the well and flush before samples. Must issue a public notice tier 2 for the confirmed total coliform. The public notice should be submitted to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on above actions. | ||
