| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on significant deficiencies from 6/26/12 DETAILS: called Michelle to follow-up on sample tap installation and operations/maint manual completion. The raw water sample tap was installed as of 8/16/2012. The o and m manual is in the works and on approved schedule for completion. They will be completed in the Spring 2013 prior to sytem opening for seasonal operation. ACTION NEEDED: Work completed, and written documentation on approved schedule for completion. | ||
