| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 9/20/12 DETAILS: I contacted Doug to let him know about the positive sample. I left a message letting him know to take a source sample at the well head labeled triggered source. I also let him know to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. The system is closed in October so the system will need to take 5 samples in 2nd quarter 2013. He called and left me a message stating that the follow up samples have been taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary | ||
