| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiencies corrected DETAILS: System survey on 6/1/12 and the significant deficiencies noted were the lack of plan review for the UV system and no annual raw water sample submitted. I received a letter from the system dated 7/31/12 that states the UV system has been removed and replaced with nominal sized pipe. With the UV system removed there is no longer a need for an annual raw water assessment sample. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
