Details: SUMMARY: Quarterly Nitrate high at 10.5 ppm DETAILS: I went to the restaurant to follow up with Ken on the high nitrate result. Ken was not onsite and I spoke with an employee. I gave her my contact information for Ken to call me. He called back and left a message that he is having a follow up sample taken immediately. He also checked on the nitrate removal equipment. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor the follow up results and respond if necessary If the follow up samples have a high results a Tier 1 Public Notice will be required.
