| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly Coliform test positive for coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Joe on 9/24/12. He has identified a small leak in the distribution and suspects that may be the cause of the contamination. There is no E Coli so at this point no health risk. I advised him to get the leak fixed, and then shock the system with chlorine and re-test after that. I also noted to get this done within 48 hours and if this was not possible, switch over to bottled water for the time begin until the leak can be fixed ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up with Joe on 9/26/12. | ||
