| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - 5 temp routines taken - 1 TC Pos DETAILS: I contacted Michael Diehl. I informed him if the positive TC sample. He did 5 temp routines and 1 sample was positive. He did have an MCL in the previous month. Schedule on SDWIS required 4 repeats right away with one from the source and 5 temp routines in October. I informed him of the requirements. He said they had a problem with the faucet and replaced it. Operator will take 4 repeats with 1 of the 4 from the source right away. ACTION NEEDED: In October, 5 temp routines will be taken from distribution system | ||
