| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert TC Positive (repeats) DETAILS: I contacted Michael Diehl on the phone. I informed him of the positive test results. He thinks debris may have entered the well through unsealed wires. He put a new seal on the well and sealed the wire. He will shock the well and do 5 temp routines this month (September). He has already has a public notice posted and sent in to state DWP. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
