| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: I contacted the system operator to let him know that the system was due for 5 temp routine coliform samples in June. There have not been any samples submitted to DWP since 5/24/12. Tony let me know that they have taken a number of special sample trying to resolve the presense of total coliform. He said he would take a routine sample right away & have the results sent to DPW. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for results & respond as necessary. | ||
