| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation #2 DETAILS: I contacted Doug Garfield to let him know that the State did not receive a routine coliform for this system. He let me know that the 2nd quarter sample was missed and he would sample for the third quarter right away.I let him know that this would resolve the violation. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC violation. | ||
