| Details: | The operator of this system attests that they have submitted plan review for Well #2 (12/2/2020) and for their new Arsenic Treatment (12/1/2020). These submission satisfies the plan of action for the significant deficiencies noted on their 10/14/2020 water system survey. When the plan review for Well #2 is approved, the associated significant deficiency will be resolved. When the treatment is installed without directly connected bypass, the associated significant deficiency will be resolved. Alternatively, the direct connection for bypass could be disconnected prior to install of the new system, though this would complicate the current process for backwashing the adsorbent media. Notify ODA if the physical bypass is disconnected or when the treatment system is installed. |
