Suggested enrolling City of Coquille in sampling one of their stations (#1 [if connected to Dutch John Reservoir] or #10) for DBPs and reporting that as Rink Creek. If they continue to refuse to collect DBP samples and have them analyzed or fail to convince City of Coquille to collect them, then DWS will move to enforcement.
