| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Lead and Copper (L&C) invalidation DETAILS: Met owner and operator on site to discuss L&C sapling. The site that was high was the womens restroom sink located in a remote warehouse that had been inactive for months prior to the test. System asked for the sample to be invalidated and it was. I informed the system that they would needed to do a new round of samples this summer. Chuck M. recalculated the 90% and now they are above the lead alert level instead of copper. We decided to just keep the 5 samples that were submitted and keep it at the copper alert level. Once the site samples this month we can get the violation resolved if below the action level.
