Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed nitrate sample and other wells serving system DETAILS: Morgan called to find out who took his August 2012 nitrate sample. He said he didnt take it and was concerned it was taken by someone not authorized to do so or from the wrong well. I got a copy of the lab slip and it was Waterlab that took the sample. We also discussed the two additional wells that the system is using but havent been through plan review. I again asked him to call Jay M. to discuss. Jay sent him the paperwork to get the wells through plan review. ACTION NEEDED: none
