| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to system survey significant deficiency DETAILS: Have been in communication with both Scott and Susan over the past month. A plan review for the systems well head and UV light have been completed and are documented in website dated 9/6/12. As well, a pre UV light assessment sample was taken on 9/4/12. All items from eh survey of 5/14/12 have now been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
