| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response - October MCL Violation DETAILS: Received alert for two TC+ routine samples collected 10/24. Both were collected at the kitchen hand sink. Three other routine samples collected the same day at different locations passed. System was batch chlorinated earlier in the month. Advised Topper to collect only a triggered source sample on 10/31, as there was already a TCR MCL violation for October. Will decide whether or not to batch chlorinate again based on the source sample result. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect triggered source sample on 10/31, then five routine samples in November. | ||
