| Details: | SUMMARY: Daily CT calculated by flow/volume values DETAILS: A temperature drop caused the actual CT to be slightly lower than the required CT. However, the plant was running at 320 gpm, below the 560 gpm on which the contact time is based. Thus, Bill was not worried about public health. Bill is interested in the means to calculate actual CT as a function of daily flow rate and clearwell volume. ACTION NEEDED: Send the equation, an explanation, and the Excel file for slow sand filtration. | ||
