| Details: | I contacted Mr. Singh to advise hm that a routine coliform water sample was not reported to Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services (OHA DWS) for the second quarter of 2018. He will submit a water sample to an approved laboratory next week, have it tested for total coliform/E.coli and report the results to OHA DWS . | ||
