| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone call regarding violation DETAILS: Called operator regarding total coliform in June. He submitted 5 water samples and label them as repeats in July but he also needed to pull an additional 5 samples and label them as temporary routine in July. He sampled in August and labeled it as routine and in September he submitted an additional sample and labeled it AS. At this point the only thing he needs to do is the public notice which can be done on the CCR. Decided to put the public notice on the consumer confidence report. ACTION NEEDED: Will provide more education during water system survey next month. | ||
