| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation response DETAILS: Phone call to operator Laura. Discussed proper marking of samples. System had a positive coliform in June and did appropriate number of repeats. In July they should have done the 5 temporary routines in the month following a positive. Those tests were done but were marked as repeats instead of temporary routine. Violation was given because of mis-labeling the form ACTION NEEDED: System must post public notice informing users the tests were done but improperly marked. No public health threat. Post for 7 days at park office | ||
