| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly nitrate above MCL at 11.5 DETAILS: Spoke to Paul about eh resent quarterly nitrate results. Spoke to Karen at the state Springfield office regarding a confirmation sample. Contacted Paul to inform that one confirmation sample is required within 24 hours. Paul had a sample bottle ready and was going take the confirmation sample on 9/18/12. We spoke about the final result being an average of the original and confirmation sample results. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the confirmation sample | ||
