| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up of a positive coliform DETAILS: The system did not sample for July and August. They replaced the roof of the reservoir so it is sealed better. The 5 samples taken 9/27/12 the 2 one from each well were clear but 2 of 3 taken in distribution were positive for total coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Contact NCPHD and explain how the reservoir was batch chlorinated. Public notice is needed send copy to the state. Contact circuit rider and discuss adding chlorine to the water system for residual maintenance in distribution. Five temporary routines for October. | ||
