| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up positive coliform DETAILS: System took 3 repeats in distribution and one was positive for coliforms. The operator was not able to take a raw source sample since there was not a tap available. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and we discussed the lack of proper sample tap at the well head. He said he would arrange for a plumber to add one to the well house. Public notice has been received. 5 routines due next month. Operator may pick up chlorine residual test kit if a sample tap can be arranged | ||
