| Details: | SUMMARY: lead and copper MCL update DETAILS: Spoke with Brandi with Oregon Water Services (OWS) regarding the lead and copper public notice and public educational material for system. Until lead and copper levels meet the drinkable EPA standards, public education material is required to be sent out to each business connected to the water system, please make sure to send a copy to Lane County. Public education for lead needs to be reposted every three months, same for the tier 2 treatment technique public notice for copper. Theses are both on our website here and must be posted in full, no cutting out t4ext. Last public notice was issued in May 2012. Please note these notices are required to be posted every three months until the lead and copper levels are resolved ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for update by operator. Public notice and educational materials to be posted every quarter until lead and copper issues resolved. | ||
