Details: SUMMARY: Resolution for violation DETAILS: System samples reported the both 1st quarter samples too late. The system sampled for nitrate on 5/9/12 and reported on 5/22/12. System also sampled for coliform on 5/9/12 and reported to the state on 5/15/12. Both violations have been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor and schedule a survey later in the year.
