| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 10/3/12 DETAILS: Steve called about a positive sample that was taken. He didnt understand how it could be total coliform positive with .15ppm chlorine. I let him know that is a low as detectible with chlorine and it may not have been enough chlorine to eliminate the coliform. I sent him that testing protocol for repeats and triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor testing results and follow up as needed | ||
