| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 10/3/12 DETAILS: Sean is in the process of taking over for Phil Schmalle. Sean took triggered source samples at well head and repeat samples in the distribution system. Sean indicated that all of the follow up sampling were absent for total coliform. I let him know they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples for November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sample and respond as necessary. | ||
