| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform sample 10/10/12 DETAILS: spoke to Bonnie by phone and she said she had already submitted some repeat sample, she thinks 5, note that only 4 are required from distribution but had not yet taken a sample from the well head. She agreed to draw a source sample from the well head this week. I asked her to call me if any results showed total coliform present. Other wise 5 temporary routine samples would be due in November. ACTION NEEDED: 1 source sample ASAP and 5 temporary routines in November. | ||
