| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Sent letter 10/25/12 stating the system is still on a 6 month cycle for sampling lead and copper. System needs to take one more lead and copper between January 1-Jun 30,2013. If sample is good we can then apply for a monitoring reduction and reduce the monitoring to once every three years. ACTION NEEDED: Be sure this next sample gets submitted in a timely manner | ||
