| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Order Lifted DETAILS: 11/5 - Spoke with Kenneth. The special coliform sample collected Friday 11/2 tested positive for total coliform. The system was chlorinated and flushed over the weekend, and the chlorine residual was no longer measurable. I advised three special coliform samples be collected from different areas of the distribution system. 11/6 - Received word from the lab that the three samples collected 11/5 all tested absent for coliform. Based on these test results, the boil order was lifted. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
