| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli in Routine Sampling DETAILS: In response to positive TC and positive Ecoli in monthly routine sample, I contacted this facility to remind them or required repeat sampling. I spoke with the Manager on duty (Tara Clack) and informed her that a total of 4 repeat samples should be collected within 24 hours - one at the original site (Subway front sink), two other locations in distribution system (we discussed two other sinks), and one at the wellhead. I provided my contact information to Tara if she needed further instructions. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results from repeat sampling to confirm routine. | ||
