| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Survey done may 10,2012. Deficiencies noted: No ERP and no O&M. Previous 12 months of coliform sampling is not up to date. Spoke to the operator Chris today and they had not yet completed any of the above. We agreed they would have the O&M and ERP completed and ready for review by Nov 30, 2012. They were places on a Corrective Action Plan. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
