| Details: | SUMMARY: On going monitoring violations DETAILS: Talked to Debra regarding numerous violations over past year for failure to collect monthly coliform samples. She said the well for the north system has been off line for many months and she had the plumbing from the south system, 41-01463 connected to the north system and had ample water to meet needs of both populations. As of October the north well was back in service and she says both total coliform sample and a nitrate sample had been submitted earlier in the week. She did not acknowledge a need to respond to any correspondence regarding the numerous violation notifications she had received yellow cards from the state letters from county and phone messages from county. She said she thought she had talked to someone a year or so ago and explained the north well would be out of business for awhile. I told her I did not know if the state would remove the violations that has been assessed to the system but what was most important was to keep correct for on going sampling. Confirmed that residents in north system did not go without water when north well was put back into service. So no immediate to disinfect distribution lines. ACTION NEEDED: Keep current on sampling requirements. | ||
