| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: I spoke with Lois on 11/8. Sample was collected in her bathroom. She was going to be out of town and I discussed the deadlines for collection of required follow up samples. Spoke with Ed Taber on 11/14 and he will be collecting the repeat samples/triggered source sample on 11/15. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat/triggered source sample on 11/15. 5 routine samples are due in December. | ||
