Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: POSTIVE MONTHLY ROUTINE COLIFORM SAMPLE. I CONTACTED RON AND BELINDA THE FORMER OPERATOR 541-837-3570. NEITHER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I LEFT MESSAGES FOR BOTH TO TAKE A SAMPLE AT THE SOURCE, MARK IT TRIGGERED. TAKE 3 MORE SAMPLES IN THE DISTRIBUTION, MARK THEM REPEATS. TAKE THE SAMPLES WITHIN 24 HOURS AND DELIVER THEM TO THE LAB. TAKE 5 MORE SAMPLES ANY TIME IN DECEMBER AND MARK THEM TEMPORARY ROUTINES ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit samples as listed above.
