| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: I spoke with Bob 9/27/12 to inform him there was another alert of coliform present from the kitchen sink. I informed him he needed to post a notice and fax a copy of it to health dept to put on file. I informed him he needed to let us know how he was going to fix the problem and that he would need to do 5 temporary samples in October, 1 from the well and 4 from the distribution. Bob told me he was going hunting and that he would not deal with the issue until he returned on October 8. He stated the kitchen sink that is testing positive is in his own home and that he thought it was in the sprayer faucet. He will remove the sprayer when he gets back and test again along with all of the other 4 temporary samples. ACTION NEEDED: Notice needs to be posted and copy sent to Lane Co. coliform issue needs to be addressed. 5 temporary samples need to be submitted. Waiting for results. | ||
