| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up violations DETAILS: DISCUSSED THAT A SOURCE WATER SAMPLE IS REQUIRED DUE TO THE NEED FOR REPEAT SAMPLES AFTER A TOTAL COLIFORM POSITIVE. RADS HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AS REQUIRED. LEAD AND COPPER NEEDS TO BE DONE ANNUALLY FOR THREE CONSECTIVE YEARS. IF TESTS ARE BELOW MCL A REDUCTION CAN BE GRANTED. ACTION NEEDED: Take source sample and label as such for lab. Take rad tests and submit results to state. Lead and copper test (5) need to be done. | ||
