| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Postive monthly routine coliform sample. I contacted Ron and Belinda the former operator 541-837-3570. Neither answered the phone. I left messages for both to take a sample at the source, mark it triggered. Take 3 more samples in the distribution, mark them repeats. Take the samples within 24 hours and deliver them to the lab. Take 5 more samples any time in December and mark them temporary routines. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit samples as listed above. | ||
