| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan DETAILS: Visited with Kevin & Kyle in field on 10/24/12 to review ERP completion. This was a follow up site visit from the sanitary survey site visit during August 2012. The ERP was founf to have all the basic elements in place, including a list of emergency contact information, a written protocal with a water emergency, as well as a vulnerability assissment and a list of corrections (such as placing a lock on the main door to the wellhouse). The ERP was reviewed and found to meet the minimum water system security requirements. I also reviewed the list of deficiency items from the survey. It was noted that the coliform sampling plan was also complete. The system still needs to complete the O&M manual and install a raw water sample tap, and has until 1/13/13 to complete these items. ACTION NEEDED: Install raw sample tap and complete O&M manual. | ||
