Details:	SUMMARY: Emergency:wells are dry pumping water from Alsea River DETAILS: Talked to Steve Ellis. Temporarily he is pumping water from the river. Discussed what he could do to provide safe drinking water. He is trying to figure out how to provide water as soon as possible. Measured 5 parts per thousand salinity. Told Steve this might be high enough to kill the bugs in the septic system. ACTION NEEDED: He will deliver public notice.
