| Details: | SUMMARY: Letter sent regarding correction of significant deficiencies on 8/29/12 survey DETAILS: Thirty days have passed since the water system survey report was sent to the operator. Our office has not been consulted about correcting the significant deficiencies noted on the survey. I sent a letter to the operator reminding him of the 18 week correction time frame.
