| Details: | SUMMARY: Rad violation DETAILS: Spoke with Arturo about the quarterly Rad monitoring schedule and asked him to take another round ASAP. I explained once the next round is done they would most likely qualify for monitoring reductions for some of the Rads. Arturo mentioned they have taken another routine but the lab has not reported it yet. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on routine quarterly Rad monitoring and adjust monitoring schedule as needed. | ||
