| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Jamie about total coliform alert that was collected on 11/19/12, he didnt know why it came back positive other than when he was collecting the sample it was raining very hard. He had already collected the three distribution repeat samples and I advised him to also sample the triggered source samples, in this case the I-5 wells and Chase wells. He will collect one CH-B sample that represents all 4 Chase wells, and a sample from each I-5 wells. Worked with Chuck Michael to set correct schedule to reflect CH-B sample. If this CH-B sample comes back E.Coli positive, 5 samples from each of the 4 chase wells will need to be collected asap. ACTION NEEDED: collect all required repeat samples including triggered source samples and make sure the coliform sampling plan reflects this for next time. | ||
