| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Dan Reitz and Bob Sneedon (local resident), regarding total coliform positive sample collected on 11/14/12. Neither of them know what caused the positive sample, the chlorine residual was very low at 0.09 mg/L. The daily reading at the EP to distribution system was measured at 0.88 mg/L chlorine residual the day the sample was collected so CTs were met. Repeat samples were collected on 11/20/12. ACTION NEEDED: repeat samples needed asap and 5 temp routines the following month. | ||
