| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Jay called after getting word from the lab that the routine sample collected 11/15/12 tested TC positive. Reviewed follow up sampling requirement of four repeat samples from the distribution and one triggered source sample from the well #1 raw sample tap (only source currently in use). ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results. | ||
