| Details: | SUMMARY: Leaks are fixed. DETAILS: Mel called to say he has fixed the leaks on the system reducing the flow from 500,000 gallons to 15-17,000 gallons. Well #1 closest to Callow Creek has a flow rate of 14 gallons per minute. When he runs the pump alternatively 6 hours on then 6 hours off, there is sustainable flow. During one day each pump would come on for 12 hours. Together that would generate 8640 gallons/day. Mel stated the intention is to put in a filter for the surface water system. The expense of a filter for both creeks is overwhelming to do at the sample time. Their intention is to pub in the filter for Boulder now and delay the filter for the Bear Creek system for about 1 yea. ACTION NEEDED: Activate well #1 | ||
