| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Tom about the positive coliform test on 10/11/12. We discussed taking 4 repeat samples as soon as possible with one of those tests taken at the wellheads sample tap. I reminded him to take 5 routine samples in November. He stated a water testing company does the sampling and he would contact them. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in November. | ||
