| Details: | SUMMARY: Correction of deficiencies DETAILS: Met with Mike at the church on 10/19 to review the remaining items from the survey. The system has installed a raw water tap at the well head as well as a screened vent. Additionally, the system has completed an O&M manual. This was reviewed on site. The ERP was previously reviewed. All items from the water survey have now been corrected, thank you. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
