Details:	Rainier is steadily working towards resolving the two outstanding deficiencies. DWS pushed the revised deadlines on these two - flowmeter installation in a difficult spot, and a master plan - out one more year to 2021. In other news, Rainier is planning to start using Fox Creek as a source again. Lead and Copper results when it was in use were quite low. And lead and copper will be sampled this coming summer. Therefore there does not appear to be a need to reset the lead and copper sampling schedule to two 6-month demonstration rounds. However, the 2nd round of LT2 sampling is missing. So Rainier needs to submit a new sampling schedule for the year of E. coli biweekly sampling, as per James Nusrala's 10.18.2018 letter to Rainier.
